Sixth Anniversary!

Six years ago today, Aaron and I were united together, legally married, during the first full year of marriage equality here in the U.S.! After endless encouragement from both of our families, we took the initiative and made our relationship complete. Six years may not seem like a long time for many, however, for the both of us, it marked a significant commitment and the promise of happiness!

We met one another in the late Springtime, 2010, and moved in with one another very shortly thereafter. We’ve been bromantic (male partners – same gender loving) ever since. We made no effort to legitimize our relationship until the marriage equality issue was completely resolved here in the USA.

Perhaps there is some truth to the traditional adage: “love at first sight!“

Believe it or not, the above image is totally possible! My identical twin brother, Alex, and I are spending this month with our mother this year. As a means to jointly observe our anniversary, Aaron has joined us for a week. Mom lives on the island of Skyros so we’re figuratively and literally surrounded by water. No reason whatsoever to avoid any opportunity to celebrate with a skinny-dipping togetherness!

The very first time that Aaron and I met, it was a bare practitioner gathering held at the home of acquaintances. We set eyes on one another without one item of clothing concealing any part of our nudity. As much as possible, we’ve been clothes-free ever since and enjoy and relish our bare practitioner lives!

Of course, Alex, Aaron and myself are having a time to confidently be ourselves and to be nothing but proud of our family! The purpose of Alex and my visit – uplifting our Mom’s spirits – appears to be working! Her attitude and outlook has improved, especially with Aaron’s arrival here this past Friday evening!
