2023 NUDE RECREATION WEEK
July 10 – 17, 2023
The are no mandatory regulations that require all of us to adhere to an established routine in observing 2023 Nude Recreation Week. I’m just offering suggestions for different ways that we may attempt in order to have a pleasure and varied experience for each and every day. A set routine is often boring and lackluster.
Personal physical development is one option available. Another is personal mental development that can be exercised by playing certain games or engaging in certain puzzles such as crossword or sudoku or word-search. The choice is entirely your own!
An individual or group can be as creative and imaginative as needed to achieve desired results. There is no specific guideline that guarantees success. The goal is to engage and have fun while doing so. After all, it is: Nude Recreation Week!

I went for a power walk this morning…I freeballed..A drawback to living in the city…lol
Then I went to my garden to do some creative writing. I was bare, fresh morning air brushing my skin. I smelt myself: from my hairy armpits, to my hairy crotch..a bit musky, but I love musk.
Then I worked up some more sweat by doing more personal physical development and strength training…all in the buff…it was a delightful
