Prologue:
Before I create any more confusion than normal, let me inform you that this is an artist’s rendition of a campus lecture hall at university. It is not an accurate illustration of a class that I instruct. Yes, I most definitely would gladly preside with enthusiasm over a class of bare practitioners! Unfortunately, the policies and procedures of my university do not permit clothing optional allowances.
I wanted to address this now and avoid any misunderstanding. I have to wear clothes while at work as do the vast majority of people.
Currently:
I am totally unaware of any private or public university that allows clothing optional practices. I know that I am not the sole person who would engage in such endeavours, unfortunately, they simply do not exist. We all must comply with the clothes requirements of the social majority!
However, there always remains the hope that equality and freedom will bring about relief – and soon!
Until that remarkable awakening happens, it remains the typical educational component for us all. Classes resumed from the summer break on 31 August this year. For our current autumn semester, I am teaching one class more than ordinary. It represents an attempt at my school of instruction to reintroduce a broadening of our curriculum that was abandoned several years ago due to a budgetary restriction.
I was excited over this renude (renewed) effort this past spring when it was announced. Now that the reintroduction is underway, the pace is slowing somewhat and I’m uncertain if the reintroduction will be successful. All that can be done will happen and maybe the change will generate enthusiasm.
One positive notation, my extra class is now in this current semester. That means that this spring, I’ll return to my normal schedule for classes. An ideal way to welcome in the summer of 2027!
This first full week of instruction leads us into a national three-day holiday weekend. The second week of instruction isa four-day work week! Not a bad way to start off the autumn schedule!
