The university’s Autumn, 2023, semester has officially ended; all examinations have been conducted, results documented, reports submitted. My professional obligations are through for the remainder of this calendar year!
Celebrating!
“It is a very festive and social time of the year, even though the bleak winter season is here!”
Our dancing bare practitioner is already in the mood for the 2023 Winter Holiday season. He’s absolutely got the bounce, the look, the moves and the rhythm as he allows it to flow through his body while flaunting his nakedness!
His confidence and pride is vying for the first place spot as his spirit inspires us all! He even brought his back-up “dance” circle with him to liven our mood and to endorse his good cheer!
Back-up circle dancers!

Author’s Note: The next post entry is planned for Monday, December 18, 2023, and the proposed topic is: “Season’s Greetings!”
The arguments and debates concerning the appropriate sensitivity and respect over the holiday and/or Holy Day…bah-humbug! On ReNude Pride, we try to be equal and fair to all, no matter the culture, faith, heritage, ethnicity, racial identity, sexual attraction and sexual orientation! We wish for everyone happiness for whatever the occasion!
Our header (beginning image) above does deliver a usually perceived “christmas-type” depiction but our listing below contains the reasoning factor. We intend to pay tribute to all here!
There are a limitless supply of beliefs, facts and reasons for all of our differing occasions to celebrate, commemorate and enjoy! Our intent is to attempt and strive to be as accepting, acknowledging and as all-inclusive as possible. We want everyone to feel comfortable, special and welcome here on ReNude Pride! Especially if you are both bare and same gender loving!
Celebrating all of us!
Please remember that no one is intentionally ignored or excluded from us here (unless too fully dressed)! Each and every one is encouraged to join in our adventures, escapades, education and fun. Good times and life are for us all to enjoy and experience.
Too many of our kind, of our nature have been forced to endure and to suffer during their lives. Many are even doing so still today. Now is the time for us all to cast aside all the oppression and repression!
In coming together we not only offer our collective compassion and support, we also share our suffering. This, in turn, empowers us all to commiserate as a community and to look and to move forward in strength and unity!
Togetherness!
All of us realize that our past is behind us. It is a lesson learned. Our present is part of what unites us and envelops us in love and respect. Our future is a journey, a path forward, a light that shines with all of our combined aspirations, our combined dreams and our combined hopes.
Working together, in patience, tolerance and understanding, our future becomes not only much brighter but also more alive and more promising! It is a step in the direction towards harmony, peace and tranquility not only for our community and our culture but also for our hearts, our minds and our spirits.
Our diversity makes us stronger!
This is why the celebrating of, the honouring of, the knowledge of, the memory of and the power of our communal and familial heritages is so important and necessary. Our history, whether personal, family, religious, communal or cultural is a vital part of each and every one of us! It is what makes us special and unique!
Sankofa proverb!
It is precisely the message of the Sankofa Proverb of the Adinkra peoples of West Africa. “If you forget it, you must go back and fetch it.” The truth shall be our guiding light!
Naked hugs!

Author’s Note: The next post entry here is planned for Monday, December 11, 2023, and the proposed topic is: “Identifications!”
Anyone who has ever visited a public clothing optional (with or without swimsuits in certain areas) beach is familiar with the carefully construed message that the sign above delivers: proceed with caution; you’ll probably encounter naked people beyond this point. In essence, a swimsuit is required on this side of this sign, but once you go beyond here, most people will most definitely be clothes free!
Now, imagine that you are in a retail shopping district, a commercial shopping center or a sidewalk that gives access to any number of of stores. You encounter a similar sign only instead of bathers or swimmers the labels are customers/shoppers. Do you continue or do you turn around and “beat a hasty retreat?”
Shopping in style!
Keep in mind that this is the traditional winter holiday season. Anything goes and all systems are on an absolute go! Retail merchants are eagerly welcoming any and all customers who have the means to pay for their purchases. It is also what the retail industry designates as the “season for giving (gifts).” Subtle message: it’s the season for giving to us your money!
We’re also aware that business needs money and that money needs to be spent. Truth be told, absolutely noone cares if the cash and/or credit card is from a bare practitioner or a person fully attired! The business’s salesperson, upon completing your purchase, thinks: first, shop; then, pay;after that, go on your way! but actually wishes you: “Have a nice holiday!”
Satisfied shopper!
Stay calm and remain focused, please! We are currently progressing through the 21st Century! Wake up! We bare practitioners have finally, miraculously attained economic power and fortitude. This and future holiday shopping seasons are all now under our control!
A “proceed with caution” directive is now issued to all you Textile Terrorists out there!
If you can’t handle the crowds of bare practitioner customers now amassing in the store aisles of your favourite retail establishment: Beware! Stay home! Otherwise, the next pair of bare buttocks that you see could very well be your very own!
Caution: Endangered Species!
The last remaining one of his species!
Evolution has caused this specimen to fade away from the surface of this earth! He is the very final bare practitioner to ever voluntarily engage in clothes shopping – gift-giving or personal-use – ever! It is unknown to modern science as to what exactly created this obvious unnecessary compulsion with seeking an object of little known value to the species!
Naked hugs!

A holiday that is now observed on the first Monday in the month of September, annually, Labour Day is designed to salute and offer tribute to the working people throughout the USA. In today’s concept, it honours all workers, no matter the nature of their contribution or their profession. There is no distinction between manual labourers and office management. Practically everyone observes the holiday! Openly bare practitioner film legend, Kory Mitchell, poses in these images with industrial construction equipment as he depicts natural tasks in the sunlight!
Kory Mitchell, construction pose #2!
Unfortunately, only a very few workers have the privilege to work while clothes free. Perhaps this should be the next distinction awarded to all for the Labour Day holiday! It is evident that the workers pictured here are carefree and happy in their clothes free jobs!
Posing for and making photography!
The existence of nude models and bare photographers is recognized on Labour Day! They are also “hard labourers” just as the rest of us!
Relaxing for the holiday weekend!
In the above photograph, our featured film-star, Kory Mitchell, models for us his skill and talent in “chilling” (laid back) and enjoying the three-day holiday weekend!
Happy Labour Day!

The date of July 4, is regarded as the time that the USA declared freedom from being a collection of British colonies into an independent country. However, freedom wasn’t attained by a majority of persons living here as certain restrictions applied. To vote, males only. The enslavement of African-Americans was practiced. The indigenous peoples, Native-Americans, were deprived of respect and rights.
Independence wasn’t obtained on this date. It was a dream yet to materialize.

MARCH 25, 1821: GREECE ERUPTS INTO REBELLION AGAINST OTTOMAN TURKS!
Donning his helmet of rebellion!
A Brief Summary of the Establishment of the Kingdom of Greece:
March 25, 1821, was the date of the start of the uprising of the peoples of Greece against more than 400 years of the occupation and oppression by the Ottoman Turkey invaders. This marked the beginning of the end of the Ottoman Turkey Empire and the revival of the independence of the Kingdom of Greece!
March 25, also is the Feast of the Annunciation of the Theotokos (Virgin Mary, Mother of God) not only in the Greek Orthodox Church but in all churches of the Eastern Orthodox religion. The organizers of the rebellion selected this feast date to initiate the insurrection under the protection of the Theotokos as patron of the movement.
Early version of the Greek flag!
Early in the morning, Bishop Germanos raised the banner of the revolt over the Monastery of Agia (saint) Lavra in the Pelopannese with the cry: Freedom or Death! The flying of the banner was the planned symbol for the commencement of hostilities and the words of Bishop Germanos were popularly adopted as the official motto of the revolution.
The decision to begin the struggle against the Ottoman domination on the date was based on the belief that the action would be brief, over by the autumn season. It was thought that the elderly, women and children could best manage the planting of the agricultural crop and the men would return in time for the harvesting of the yield.
The conflict wasn’t as easy to determine as originally planned. The battles were frequent and draining on the Turkish forces. They often involved the importing of the military reserves of the Ottoman Turk dependencies in North Africa, especially Algeria, Egypt, Tripolitania (Libya) and Tunis (Tunisia). These auxiliary troops were frequently defeated by the untrained Greek locals who were often armed with dated and inferior firearms.
The fighting ended with the signing of the Treaty of Adrianople in 1829. France, Imperial Russia and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland were the guarantors of the independence of the Kingdom of Greece. The Ottoman Turks agreed to withdraw completely from Greece. In 1830, the sovereign independence of the Kingdom was recognized by the London Protocol agreement and Ottoman Turkey acknowledged the protocol. In 1832, the Treaty of Constantinople defined the official borders between Greece and Turkey and established Prince Otto of Bavaria as the first King of Greece.
The London Protocol established the Greek Orthodox Church as supreme throughout the kingdom. This remains in effect still today.
The government of the newly liberated Haiti was the very first country in the world to diplomatically and officially recognize the the revolution – and therefore Greek independence. This happened in 1821, barely six months after the initiation of the struggle and long before the war was actually over. Haiti acknowledged Greece just before becoming the first nation in the world to outlaw the slavery of Africans.
The contemporary Flag of Greece!
After several revisions adopted over time, the above is the current official flag of Greece to be flown outside the actual country. The version used internally features identical with “lighter” (baby) blue colours. The upper corner is the Cross of St. George, the official patron saint of all of Greece.
Official flag designation!
Considerations:
There is proof that the ancient Greeks engaged in man-to-man penetrative sexual practices and of the widespread practice/traditions of public nudity/social nudity. These were viewed as “everyday” and “normal” by Greek society at that time. In all honesty, this Greek – yours truly – feels the same, today. In fact, I know for certain that I am not alone in these thoughts!
Pottery depicting Greek men physical intimacy!
The ancient Greeks culturally embraced and practiced social nudity, publicly and privately. There existed nude competitions and competitors in the original Olympic events for centuries. The military practiced/trained while naked and the entire population accepted and expected nakedness, both publicly and socially, from both genders. Admittedly, males were more prone to nudity than females but remember, in that era, they were the dominant gender.
Historically, Greek culture didn’t look upon the state of clothes freedom as synonymous with being evil, sinful, despicable nor judged as a disgraceful or as a perversion.
Same-sex physical intimacy, especially between men, was both acceptable and expected. It was not an official endorsement of same gender love. Rather, it was often seen as an educational action to instruct males on how to actually be “real men.” The instructional benefit was the belief that there was no better method to teach a man how to properly treat a woman than to show them him physically hot it feels to have a male penile erection physically inside him.
As a contemporary same gender loving Greek man, after limited research, my humble opinion is that ancient Greece had no preponderance of same gender love. The numbers look and probably reflect the same percentage of the general population as they do today.
A bare assault!
To my knowledge, there is no irrefutable evidence of any actual battle that occurred with opposing forces engaged while completely naked. Humanity – very early – recognized the futility of belligerence without any armour or protection for as much of the body as possible! No “rocket science” involved in that solution!
Naked hugs!
Happy Annunciation Day!
