No matter what meal it is, it’s always enjoyable when accompanied by exceptional scenery. Whatever he may be searching for in his refrigerator, he would do well to lose those boots he’s wearing. All natural is the only way to go these days, buddy! That’s what we tried to do during the month of November, 2018. Now that we’re practically through the entire short month, I’ll acknowledge that whatever is chilled in the ice-box, if it is Bottoms-Up! that you seek, from now until Springtime, look inside!

Black Friday: The Madness Begins
Despite what the featured photograph and title may infer, the designation “Black Friday” has nothing whatsoever to do with a racial reference. Instead, the term “Black Friday” is what is known in the U.S. retail industry as the official first day of the Christmas holiday shopping season. It is the day after the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday (always the fourth Thursday in November) which means it is always a Friday. The “Black” designation is in reference to the customary business practice of posting commercial profits in black ink and commercial losses in red ink.
Bottoms-Up! End of September, 2018
September is a short month having only 30 days instead of the usual 31. I know this yet every year, it seems to fly past without me able to get accustomed to identifying the correct month without a pause to consider. Therefore, it’s time again for another Bottoms-Up! post only this go around, it is the first posting of the season of Autumn, 2018 for us in the Northern Hemisphere and for those living in the Southern, it is the first post of your Spring!
Autumn, 2018
The seasonal change from Summer into Autumn in the Northern Hemisphere isn’t as obvious or pronounced as it appears in the above image. Overnight, the grasses didn’t suddenly fade as they did in the picture but like it or not, the seasons have started to transition from one into the other. Before the passage of many more days, we’ll all begin to notice the thinning of the foliage and the dropping of the outdoor temperatures. The reality is that the days for outside nudity are seriously numbered.
Summer Photo-Blog: Hello/Goodbye
This is one of the few times of the year when I’m able to write a seasonal post that I don’t feel any guilt. During most times, while the Northern Hemisphere on earth is enjoying the Summer, those residing in the Southern Hemisphere are enduring their Winter. That makes it somewhat difficult when composing a post that’s relevant for all readers. I don’t want anyone to think that I’m unaware of their own situation. I guess that’s just an aspect of my inclusive nature.
Cooling Bare!
For those who read ReNude Pride either periodically or regularly already know this, but I am a confirmed bare practitioner (naturist or nudist), as is my husband, Aaron. It is no big secret that both Aaron and myself are always clothes-free when we’re at home and aren’t too quick to put on any covering should any friends come by to visit. Almost all of our friends and some of our family know our disdain for covering and if they want to see us at home, understand that they will, figuratively and literally, see us nude.

The lens of a camera is, upon reflection, nothing more than a substitute for the canvas and brush of an artist. It is an image, captured in a precise moment in time, that conveys to us the viewer a message from either the artist or the photographer. It is up to us, the viewer (“beholder”) to accept the view and the message or to reject it. Photography, like any other work of art, depends upon the acceptance and appreciation of the viewer.
First Day of 2018 Summer!
It is now official, today is June 21, the Summer Solstice. The Summer of 2018 is now underway and this is the time to get outside, get out of those cumbersome clothes and enjoy life! This season will not last forever so promise yourself to make each moment last! Whatever your plans are for the season, don’t forget that sunscreen is essential for happiness and health! Remember the sunglasses. The sun’s at its peak this time of year (in the Northern Hemisphere) and the ultra-violet sun-rays can seriously damage the eyes!
World Naked Gardening Day
Tomorrow, Saturday, May 5, 2018, is World Naked Gardening Day (WNGD). Observed on the first Saturday in May, annually, this is the day in which everyone is encouraged to do their gardening tasks while completely clothes-free. World Naked Gardening Day was first celebrated in 2005 and this year marks it’s 14th year. The occasion was always on an agreed date and in 2007, it was decided to keep the date on the first Saturday of May. No matter what our gardening needs are, this is as good a time as any to get things in order.
In A Bind!
This has been a particularly trying week for me. Monday morning was not only cold and depressing as only a Monday can be – then add to that it snowed! I think that someone forgot to read the memo that read that Spring is now here! I wish the meteorologists would get their act together and create some seasonal weather for us. This “frequent snowstorm” alert just isn’t cutting it, not in my book!
