Reflections or thoughts somehow manage to develop without any schedule or reason. They happen when we least expect them or they occur when we haven’t the energy nor the time to devote to them. I accept the reality and deal with it by maintaining a small notebook that is exclusively devoted to writing down notes relating to each specific reflection or thought. Very similar to a “shopping agenda” or list of items to buy.

Prevention Pill for HIV
Having spent last week’s USA Thanksgiving holiday with Aaron, my spouses’ family, I was strongly urged by his older brother, David, to write an informative posting on the “prevention pill for HIV.” I encouraged David to create a draft for this entry here today which he diligently undertook. This posting on ReNude Pride is a product of our joint collaboration and in advance I express my appreciation to David Peterson for all of his assistance.
World AIDS Day, 2019
Today, Sunday, December 1, 2019, is World AIDS Day all across our globe. It is the day when it is appropriate for all of us to wear a red ribbon – if a bare practitioner (naturist or nudist) such as my spouse, Aaron, and myself, paint a red ribbon – and proudly display to everyone you encounter that you recognize the importance and significance of the date. The quality of life living with HIV (the virus that causes AIDS) has improved but we do not have a cure – yet!
Bottom’s-Up! End of November, 2019
As I announced here this past Monday, I am ending November a day early here on ReNude Pride as Aaron and I plan to enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday with his family. Then, later, I realized that November has only 30 days, not the 31 that I always assume. I hope that everyone who observed the Thanksgiving holiday had a good day. Those who may have spent the entire day shopping for the winter holidays, I hope that you had a productive occasion. To everyone else, simply be thankful you escaped all the chaos and confusion!
Miserably Ill!
Dreadfully sorry for not posting here this past Friday! I have been terribly sick with a severe head-cold since this past Wednesday. To be very honest, I was also extremely nauseous all day long on Friday. I lacked both the concentration and energy to even compose any type of post for ReNude Pride. I apologize for any inconvenience that I caused to anyone. Usually, even when feeling abnormal I can generally put together some sort of post, but this time I was totally lacking for any type of information.
World Naked Bike Ride, 2019!
The World Naked Bike Ride is held annually, throughout the year, on every single continent on earth except Antarctica (note: penguins and seals don’t pedal bicycles). The event isn’t restricted by precipitation and most rides continue even through the rain. Downpours may affect the number of riders, but for the most part, the rides are still held. This event takes place all year long as extreme temperatures in the Southern Hemisphere are usually moderate in the Northern, and vice-versa.
Reflections: August, 2019
For all of us who live in the Northern Hemisphere, this month marks the final full month of the summer. For those who happen to reside in the Southern Hemisphere, the exact opposite is the case as their winter is almost at the end. All around our world, a change is everywhere “in the air.” One geographic area prepares to bid farewell to summer as the other prepares to welcome the arrival of spring!
Don’t Forget Protection!
Back in May, I published here on ReNude Pride information on the use of sunscreen protection. Actually, every May, I intend and do publish an article here promoting the advantages and the necessity of using sunscreen protection. I also understand that human nature is a very fickle commodity and many times a gentle and subtle reminder is needed in order to encourage both safety and good health.
Bottoms-Up! End of June, 2019!
This is the last day of Pride Month for all of us same gender loving bare practitioners so to fully acknowledge the auspicious occasion, strip down to our bare skin and offer our buttocks to all! Let’s show our pride in who we truly are and proudly display ourselves! There is no time like the present for us to celebrate out in the open as confident same gender loving bare practitioners!
USA: National HIV Testing Day!
Today, here in the USA, is National HIV Testing Day. On this date, the public is encouraged to take advantage of the numerous opportunities, nationwide, to take a few moments and to be tested for HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. Many health departments, local pharmacies and other health-care institutions are offering free HIV tests to any and all. Many people are volunteering (myself included) to work so that our organizations can offer testing to as many as possible with a minimum wait for results!
