Seasonal Assistance!

This past weekend, Aaron, my spouse, and I journeyed down to the Tidewater, Virginia, area to help my first cousin, Michael Poladopoulos, and his partner (who prefers not being named here) prepare and celebrate their yearly winter holiday charitable event. It consists of a bare gathering for the Marine Corps “Toys for Tots” campaign to collect new toys for children in need so that they may share in the season’s happiness.

Pearl Harbor Day, 2019

Today, December 7, is known as Pearl Harbor Day in the U.S. On this date, in 1941, the Japaneses attacked the Pacific Ocean fleet at the Pearl Harbor Naval base in the Hawaiian Islands. This early morning bombing mission, unprovoked and without any warning, led to this country entering into World War II. The photograph above shows the memorial above where the USS Arizona sank on that day.

Last Day at Work, 2019!

Today is my very final day at the office for this year! My last class for the day ends at 11:50, this morning, and I plan to leave my office shortly thereafter. Of course, it is too brisk and chilly outside to walk to my car bare and carrying my clothes. However, I have no errands to complete on my way home so I’ll be clothes free for the remainder of the day!

Prevention Pill for HIV

Having spent last week’s USA Thanksgiving holiday with Aaron, my spouses’ family, I was strongly urged by his older brother, David, to write an informative posting on the “prevention pill for HIV.” I encouraged David to create a draft for this entry here today which he diligently undertook. This posting on ReNude Pride is a product of our joint collaboration and in advance I express my appreciation to David Peterson for all of his assistance.

World AIDS Day, 2019

Today, Sunday, December 1, 2019, is World AIDS Day all across our globe. It is the day when it is appropriate for all of us to wear a red ribbon – if a bare practitioner (naturist or nudist) such as my spouse, Aaron, and myself, paint a red ribbon – and proudly display to everyone you encounter that you recognize the importance and significance of the date. The quality of life living with HIV (the virus that causes AIDS) has improved but we do not have a cure – yet!

Bottom’s-Up! End of November, 2019

As I announced here this past Monday, I am ending November a day early here on ReNude Pride as Aaron and I plan to enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday with his family. Then, later, I realized that November has only 30 days, not the 31 that I always assume. I hope that everyone who observed the Thanksgiving holiday had a good day. Those who may have spent the entire day shopping for the winter holidays, I hope that you had a productive occasion. To everyone else, simply be thankful you escaped all the chaos and confusion!

Black Friday

Here in the USA, today is the day after the annual Thursday Thanksgiving Day holiday. For quite a number of years, this day was always the start of the traditional winter holiday shopping season. This habit became so much the custom that that most retail businesses have adopted a nickname or pet name for the day following the Thanksgiving observance: “Black Friday” – even though there is nothing black whatsoever about the date.

Holiday Week Schedule

This upcoming Thursday is the Thanksgiving holiday here in the USA. Legend has it that the early British settlers here held a shared feast with the Native Americans (indigenous people) in either the Massachusetts Bay Colony or here in Virginia. This shared meal was an early attempt to thank the indigenous people for their assistance in securing a fruitful and successful harvest. Little else is known or understood about the origins.

Bare November

November, at least in the Northern Hemisphere, is the last full month of the autumn season. Generally, throughout most of the hemisphere, it isn’t a usual time where the outdoor temperature is exactly conducive to being bare outside. However, with the variances that accompany local weather, sometimes during November there are days when the daytime temperatures are remarkably moderate and we’re able to enjoy ourselves in nature while completely clothes-free!

Bottom’s-Up! End of October, 2019

In honor of Halloween being the very last day of the month of October, it is only fitting to observe the occasion with a nice body painted pair of buttocks with a pumpkin face! In this instance, it sort of incorporates the celebration of both the Bottom’s-Up! feature of ReNude Pride and the Halloween event. It absolutely makes my job easier combining the two!
