The Easter celebrations occasionally fall on the same date, usually maybe every five or six years. If this is the weekend of your Easter have fun and remember it’s never too late to decorate your body for the holidays!

Photo-Essay: Sun Stripping!
This year, April has been especially mild and the nice weather is allowing many to get an early beginning to being bare and bold outside in the sun! My spouse, Aaron, and I are among the many who are taking advantage of this wonderful opportunity and getting ourselves a significant amount of the unseasonable weather and the sun’s warming rays! We are both lathering ourselves in sunscreen!
A LOVE-ly Weekend!
This is not a very lengthy posting today. This past weekend both my spouse, Aaron, and I celebrated our birthdays. Aaron’s day is April 5 and my own is April 6. This year Aaron had to work on his birthday and fortunately for me, mine was on Saturday and I had no classes to teach. The result was a complete two days, both Saturday and Sunday, with just the two of us together at home!

Here we are, the end of another month in 2019. For all those residing in the Southern Hemisphere, this month marked the official end of your Summer and the beginning of your Autumn. Here’s hoping that all of you completed your Summer tan-line free! For the rest of us living in the Northern Hemisphere, this month was the beginning of our Spring season. Our Winter, at last, is over!

Spring Is Here!
Yes! Finally! Spring is now officially here in the Northern Hemisphere! The meteorological Spring began back on March but now the astronomical season of Springtime started this past Wednesday evening (yesterday) and today being the first full day. No matter which beginning of the season we follow, it is now undoubtedly with us!
Naming Labels: Poem “The Naked and the Nude”
Obviously, the two gentlemen in the above photograph are bare or clothes-free. The difference is how they are posing while without covering. With the attached poem (below) and message in mind, one of our guys is naked. Our assumption being that it is not his first choice. On the other hand, our other man is nude. That’s because his being without clothing causes him no concern or discomfort whatsoever. The question is: “Which one is which?”

This particular post is based on another Friday Footnote post that was published here last month during Black History Month. Jussie Smollett was featured during that feature and he’s the solo subject of this Footnote article. I personally enjoy the actor for his role on TV and for the excellent job that he does in representing the same gender loving performers who credit not only their race but also their sexuality in popular media.
