Today marks the third Wednesday installment of a post series commemorating October as GLBTQ (gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer) Bare History Month. Once again, I remind readers that the “b” in GLBTQ represents bisexual and not bare. Every Wednesday during October a post featuring vintage (old) photographs of clothes-free men publishes here as atonement for the fact that there isn’t a Bare History Month celebrated nationally.

GLBTQ Bare History Month #2
Today’s post marks the second installment of posts commemorating October as GLBTQ (gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer) Bare History Month. I’d like to remind readers that the “B” in GLBTQ stands for bisexual and not bare. Every Wednesday during October a post featuring vintage (old) photographs of bare men will publish here on ReNude Pride as atonement for the fact that there is not a Bare History Month celebrated nationally.
GLBTQ Bare History Month #1
This marks the first Wednesday installment of a post commemorating October as GLBTQ Bare History Month. It is probably best to remind everyone that the “B” in GLBTQ stands for bisexual and not bare. With that out of the way and clear to all, every Wednesday during October a post featuring vintage (old) photographs of bare men will publish here as a means of making amends for the tragic fact that there is not a Bare History Month celebrated nationally.
October: USA GLBTQ History Month
In the USA, October is the month dedicated to increasing awareness of the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and queer communities (GLBTQ) collective history. Throughout this entire month, there is a concerted focus on celebrating the achievements and contributions of these communities in both the past and present. In doing so, we hope to guarantee the success of those undertaking accomplishments in the future. Educating others on the many challenges overcome by the GLBTQ individuals in the history of this country and its institutions, both state, sacred and legal, is viewed as one method of attaining this goal.
Evolving To Nudity
In life, very little remains the same forever. Seasons change, our neighborhoods change and so do people. Sometimes it’s just an obscure subtle difference that we scarcely notice and others times, it’s a major change that catches the majority of us by surprise and causes unsettling stress into our lives. But people evolve, we change, all the time. The person we thought we knew ten years ago could very well be a completely different individual know. It isn’t anyone’s fault, it’s just human nature. For the most part, we don’t even notice it – it just happens.
Friday Footnote: Summer’s Over
It’s Friday, September 22, 2017. Yesterday was the last full day of the summer season here in the Northern Hemisphere. Those living in the Southern Hemisphere are now welcoming the arrival of their Springtime and heralding in their season of sand, sun and surf. I offer these words of advice to all of you: ” Peace! Get naked. Enjoy!” Have a safe and wonderful time and, if at all possible, bottle up some sunshine and send it our way! Please!
Last Day of Summer, 2017
At sunset today, for those of us who live in the Northern Hemisphere, the final full day of the Summer of 2017, will be over. There will be days when we can roam the beaches and trails clothes-free but for the most part, the wait for the colder temperatures outside is the norm until next Spring. Another summer becomes history as many of us sit back and wonder: Where did all the time go?
Nude Is Not Lewd
Often, we see many professional athletes, who are paid enormous and outrageous amounts of money get physical with one another to reward a job-well-done. In both the National Basketball Association (NBA) and in the National Football Association (NFL), countless team-mates give each other a pat or a slap on their buttocks in a congratulatory gesture of goodwill and friendship. Even coaches do the same as a show of support to their players and a way of offering encouragement. No one complains of bodily harm, excessive violence, sexual harassment or indecency.
Tell-Tale Sign: Tan-Lines
No matter how hard some men may try, there’s simply no escaping it. If you’ve been wearing your swim-suit all season long, every time you’re at the beach or pool. the first time that you decide to go bare, it’s going to be obvious to all: ‘This is one of the few times that you’ve been nude in your birthday suit this summer.” It just isn’t possible to fool Mother Nature and all your bare brethren.
Labor Day Holiday, USA
Today, September 4, is the annual Labor Day holiday here in the USA. This is the date set aside by the U.S. Congress to honor the endeavors and labors of this country’s workforce and their contributions to the national economy and nation’s well-being. This holiday has no fixed date as it is customarily observed on the first Monday of September every year. It is also one of the few holidays in the USA that isn’t related to either a patriotic or a religious theme. Sort of an everyman’s (or everyperson’s) holiday.
