Nude Pride: “On Clothes”

The men are the same individual, just that one image (left) shows him clothed and in the other image, he’s equally happy and proudly bare. The purpose is to introduce the concept or idea that clothing doesn’t necessarily enhance our image, personality or presence. That’s the summary of the title of this post Nude Pride: “On Clothes.” The “On Clothes” is the title of a poem written by Kahlil Gibran and it dispels the dependence on clothing.

Pride And The Week That Was!

Tomorrow is Saturday and it is the day that my spouse’s (Aaron’s) cousin, Michael leaves us to return home to Canada. He hopes to be on the highway around 8:00 in the morning. He’s in no big hurry to return to his parent’s home for the remainder of this summer – he just wants to try his best to get away from the Washington, D.C., traffic before everyone else is travelling. I honestly appreciate his desire!

When There’s A Surprise!

A surprise, especially a happy and pleasant one, is always welcome! It has a unique way of brightening-up one’s day and enlivening one’s life. It makes the time all the more valuable as it adds a sense of both joy and purpose. Surprises are generally completely unexpected and usually happen without much notice or preparation. The surprise can be beneficial in many different ways – some immediate and some when the unexpected slowly erodes into the past.

What To Wear When Bare?

Many may ask: “If you’re really bare, then what is there for you to wear?” To clarify, allow we to point out that if we are really bare, then there’s one thing left that we all can honestly wear and that item is our smile! Just as Robert Craig, Adrian Hart and Sean Zevran (left to right in the above photo) are demonstrating! Our smile sends a special message to all those we meet!

June, 2019: Bare and Gay Pride!

“June is known as gay pride month.” A very basic and original statement to denote a very unique and ultimate description of the importance and the significance of the 30 day month. However, in today’s world and its ever-changing culture and politics, “June is known as gay pride month” is no longer relevant nor entirely truthful.

Bottom’s-Up! End of May, 2019

Bottom’s-Up! posts are how we end every month here at ReNude Pride. We celebrate being bare and clothes freedom, so why not the final day of each and every month of the calendar year? Whether we are able to showcase our buttocks indoors or outdoors, the fact that we can even commemorate both the occasion and our anatomy is reason enough to proudly display ourselves!

USA: Memorial Day Holiday

Today, May 27, 2019, in the USA is the Memorial Day holiday. On this day, a movable Monday national holiday, the USA honors all of those who died defending their country. This observance is “movable” as it is celebrated on the last Monday in the month of May, annually. It has been a movable holiday since Congress passed the Uniform Monday Holiday Act on June 28, 1968. Prior to that act, it was observed on different days in May in the different states.

Skinny-Dipping Success!

As much fun as skinny-dipping (swimming naked) can be, there are a few considerations to keep in mind whenever we bare ourselves for an outdoor swim. Both the sunshine and the water hold the promise of a fruitful and happy experience, as humans, we also know that disaster often happens without reason and warning. Being aware of certain situations beforehand often enhances our chances of a successful skinny-dipping outing!

Dispelling Sunscreen Myths!

Those of us living in the Northern Hemisphere are now experiencing the busy and fun-filled season of warm weather, plenty of sunshine and the strong urge to bare all and be 100% natural (clothes-free) outdoors. Despite the urge, there are many among us who cling to many of the misinformation and misunderstanding regarding the benefits and protection of sunscreen. This post is an effort to dispel those myths with facts.

Summer Semester Update

As I’ve written here before, this summer I’m teaching a class at my university on the centenary of the Treaty of Versailles that brought an official end to World War I, the Great War. This also marks my first time teaching a class during a summer semester. This is an update on that experience and what it means to me, personally. Today is the end of my first week teaching this class. The class is only three consecutive weeks so in a “nutshell,” today means it is already a third of the way through!
