A LOVE-ly Weekend!

This is not a very lengthy posting today. This past weekend both my spouse, Aaron, and I celebrated our birthdays. Aaron’s day is April 5 and my own is April 6. This year Aaron had to work on his birthday and fortunately for me, mine was on Saturday and I had no classes to teach. The result was a complete two days, both Saturday and Sunday, with just the two of us together at home!

Bottoms-Up! End of March, 2019

Here we are, the end of another month in 2019. For all those residing in the Southern Hemisphere, this month marked the official end of your Summer and the beginning of your Autumn. Here’s hoping that all of you completed your Summer tan-line free! For the rest of us living in the Northern Hemisphere, this month was the beginning of our Spring season. Our Winter, at last, is over!

Naming Labels: Poem “The Naked and the Nude”

Obviously, the two gentlemen in the above photograph are bare or clothes-free. The difference is how they are posing while without covering. With the attached poem (below) and message in mind, one of our guys  is naked. Our assumption being that it is not his first choice. On the other hand, our other man is nude. That’s because his being without clothing causes him no concern or discomfort whatsoever. The question is: “Which one is which?”

Aaron’s Brother: Cedric

Virtually all of us have a friend who is casually interested in our pleasure of nudity, is curious about our clothes-free schedule and social life and accepts our lifestyle. This person may even support our choices but remains a member of the textile or clothes-wearing world. Once Aaron (my spouse) and I began living together and he became more active in his bare practicing, his oldest and only brother, Cedric, started to really take an interest in what we were doing.

Reflections: End of February, 2019

This is one of the monthly features here on ReNude Pride where I share with those reading here progress in my attempts to offer the best in the world of bare practitioners (naturist/nudist) and in the world of same gender loving (gay) and bisexuals. I started this feature as a tool to keep readers aware and informed. So much happens in our world today that it is almost impossible to stay current.

S’Naked!

S’Naked is a combination of the words “snow” + the word “naked,” combine the two together and s’naked is the result. The activity is nothing more than being out in the snow while naked, nude or clothes-free (boots or shoes are allowed). “What does one do in the snow?” Anything that you care to do! Build a snowman, throw snowballs, lie down and create “snow angels” by waving your arms, building a bonfire. Any number of activities may be done while s’naked! Be creative!

Vintage Images: Black, Gay and Bare

In commemoration of February being Black History Month here in the USA, a photo-oriented post showing some historical (vintage) images of Black gay bareness from days gone by. These are offered in the spirit of historical celebration and trying to document the tradition of gay, nude Black men in the recent history of African-Americans. Many of these photos date from the mid-20th century and often feature unnamed men whose life story, their personal history, is simply unknown and can only be speculation.

February 7: National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day

Author’s Note: This posting is offered in anticipation of February 7, and National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day. It is published beforehand to allow readers to explore developments and opportunities for involvement prior to the actual date.

In the USA and several nations in the Caribbean, February 7, annually, is observed as National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day, a day for the communities of African descent to focus on the disproportionate (unequal) impact the current HIV/AIDS crisis is having on the various communities of African and Black heritage. This date is observed to bring the different communities and institutions together to explore ways to combat HIV infections and to replace ignorance with facts and knowledge.

Bottom’s Up! End of January, 2019

It makes no difference where we live, whether in the Southern Hemisphere and enjoying the excitement of the Summer season or in the Northern Hemisphere and trying to survive the cold and dreary doldrums of the Winter, there’s always an opportunity to strip off our gear and bare our buttocks! Regardless of snow or sunshine, taking off our clothes and hanging out naked is more of a social occasion as it is a favorite recreation.
